PET POLICY

In our hotel your dog is welcome!

However, we would like to remind you of some rules to be followed for a pleasant stay.

  • Allowed only small and medium-sized dogs up to 15 kg (guide dogs and therapeutic animals are excluded provided they are accompanied by medical certification proving therapeutic necessity).

  • At check-in, please show us your pet passport. Only dog with vaccinations required by law are admitted.

  • To ensure the well-being of your pet, please bring a kennel or cage with you.

  • In public areas your dog must be kept on a leash at all times.

  • At the restaurant, bar or breakfast room ask for your dedicated table and seats

  • For the safety and comfort of your 4-legged friend, the housekeeper will not clean the room if your dog is left unattended. Please, arrange with the housekeeper the appropriate time for cleaning.

  • Please, don’t leave your dog unattended in the room too long time. If you need help, you can contact our dog sitting service run by ENCI dog trainers.

  • Do not let your dog lay on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.

  • Please note that pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may be caused by animals.

  • If you visit the city, some monuments do not allow dogs. You can ask to be accompanied by one of our ENCI dog trainers who will take care of your pet company while you visit museums or other places of interest.

  • If necessary, we can contact a veterinary clinic that has an agreement with us and is operational 24/7.

Lastly, here are some tips from our expert educators (Family Dog – link) to help your puppy have a delightful ‘holiday’ in our facility:

  • Bring a blanket, toy or other object from home that your dog is used to. This helps him during the journey to keep calm. In the hotel this object is a safe place where nothing bad can happen.

  • We recommend that you bring a chew or a kong from home. It will help him relieve stress or anxiety, especially if he stays in the room alone.

  • Remember the food, calculating at least 2 more meals than planned, just in case…
